No Return / No Refund

  • We do not offer returns or refunds once the order is delivered.

  • Only exchange requests are accepted.

Exchange Window

Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be in original condition

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Product must not be damaged or worn

Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Shipping

  • Shipping charges for exchange may be borne by the customer, unless the issue is due to a wrong item sent by us.

Non-Exchangeable Cases

Exchange will not be accepted if:

  • Product has been used

  • Product is damaged after delivery

  • Exchange request is made after 7 days
